It's kinda weird but I hope this gets a few posts...

You basically give a scenario, describing the worst thing to say, do, or anything that could be done in the worst fashion possible. The next poster will say what the worst thing that can be done in that situation and the next poster will give their definition of the worst whatever of that scenario.

Example: Worst thing to say to a person with a lazy eye
Next poster could say something like, "Look at me when you're talking!"
They'll then give a scenario (related or unrelated) such as, "Worst thing to do when a soccer fan gets a cleat to the face."
Then the next person will post what they think is the worst thing to do in that scenario.
